Powerful Tools for Caregivers class series help caregivers take better care of themselves while providing for a friend or relative. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six class sessions held once a week are led by experienced class leaders. Participants are given The Caregiver Helpbook to provide additional caregiver resources.
Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time

Location: United Way’s Strengthening Families community center located in Delaware, Ohio. Classes on the second floor of the Willis Education Center
