The Powerful Tools for Caregivers class series helps caregivers take better care of themselves while providing for a friend or relative. By taking care of your health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six class sessions held once a week are led by experienced class leaders. Participants are given The Caregiver Helpbook to provide additional caregiver resources.

Time: 4:30-6:30 p.m. CT.

Date: Six consecutive Wednesdays, beginning 07/24/24 and ending 08/28/24

Additional information: Join us for a light meal from 4:30-5:00 p.m. before the Powerful Tools for Caregivers class takes place from 5-6:30 p.m. This class series will take place at the First Reformed Church of Cedar Grove in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin.
