This class is hybrid. You can join the class in person at Whitney Senior Center in St. Cloud, Minnesota or you can join this class virtually via zoom. This class will be on Fridays starting April 22nd through May 27th. This class will go from 1:00pm to 3:30pm Central.
Fee: $25. Scholarships Available.
Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes help caregivers take better care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative.
By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six class sessions held once a week are led by experienced class leaders. Participants are given The Caregiver Helpbook to provide additional caregiver resources.
