The Powerful Tools for Caregivers class series helps caregivers take better care of themselves while providing for a friend or relative. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six class sessions held once a week are led by experienced class leaders.
Time: 10:00-11:30 a.m. PT
Date: Six consecutive Fridays, beginning 08/08/25 and ending 09/12/25

Fee: The cost of The Caregiver Helpbook. Participants can purchase a hard copy of the book through the Extension Store and have it shipped to them ($30 + cost of shipping), purchase the electronic version of the book ($25), or purchase the book from the Event Organizer ($37, no shipping fee).
