Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes help caregivers take better care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six class sessions held once a week are led by experienced class leaders. Participants are given The Caregiver Helpbook to provide additional caregiver resources.
Time: 6-8PM CST
Date: Thursday’s Starting, September 8th
Format: virtual via WebEx. WebEx tutorial held prior to the start of the class, if you are unfamiliar with this format. [*however, if the majority of the participants would like to meet in-person, the class can easily change to in-person].
Fee: $30 covers all the materials and scholarships are available, please inquire when registering
