This caregiver class series provides you with tools and strategies to better handle the unique challenges you face as a care partner.
When: Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes meet once a week for six weeks. Caregiver participants should attend all six weeks.
Where: The classes are available in-person or virtually.
How: Class size is limited and registration is required; email or call the number associated with the Event Organizer for the specific class series you wish to attend.
Cost: There may be a requested donation for The Caregiver Helpbook.
The PTC class is currently available in English, French, Korean, and Spanish (depending on location). The PTC class is available in two formats: A 90-minute class for Caregivers of Adults with Chronic Conditions and a 2 hour class for Caregivers of Children with Special Health or Behavioral Needs. If you need help finding someone to watch your friend or relative during the class time, please ask at registration for respite resources.
