Powerful Tools for Caregivers class

Powerful Tools for Caregivers is an evidence-based educational program designed to help family caregivers take care of themselves while caring for a relative or friend. You will benefit from this class whether you are helping a parent, spouse, friend, or someone who lives at home, in a long-term care facility, or across the country.

This class meets once a week for six weeks virtually, via Zoom. Every Tuesday starting June 8th from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. Each class builds on the previous week’s information.

This class is donation-based, the suggested donation would be $25.00 to cover the cost of the book, however, it is not required to attend.
