Powerful Tools for Caregivers classes help caregivers take better care of themselves while caring for a friend or relative. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you become a better caregiver. Six class sessions held once a week are led by experienced class leaders. Participants are given The Caregiver Helpbook to provide additional caregiver resources.

Time: 1:00-3:00PM, Mountain Time (Montana)

Date: This virtual class series will meet six Tuesdays, October 4 to November 8, 2022

Format: virtual via Zoom

Registration: pre-registration is required and is first come, first served. Register online at https://powerfultoolsmas.eventbrite.com.

Fee: No cost for Montana residents. $30 for those living outside of Montana.

Other information: once registered, an email confirmation with the Zoom meeting information will be sent to registered participants prior to the session start date.
